Shipping policy

Thank you for purchasing consumer electronics from Ho Cheong YAU. Our team carefully packs each electronic unit to guarantee items arrive correctly and intact, and we strive to complete delivery within a practical time frame.

Order Processing Time. After receiving your order confirmation, all purchases will be processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Longer handling periods may occur during peak order seasons. We will reach out to customers directly once any notable delays take place.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and shown on the checkout page. Standard Shipping requires an estimated 15 business days for delivery. These timelines are only estimates and may shift due to courier backlogs, customs clearance, adverse weather, logistical restrictions or public holidays.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking. When your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing shipment confirmation and tracking details. Tracking information generally becomes available within 24-48 hours after dispatch. We advise you to track your shipment regularly to stay updated on delivery progress.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer. Please verify that your delivery address is full and accurate before submitting your payment. Ho Cheong YAU accepts no liability for parcels delivered to wrong or incomplete addresses provided by buyers. If a package is returned due to address errors, reshipping fees will apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages. If your parcel gets lost during transit, kindly contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date to begin an investigation. If electronic goods arrive broken or damaged, get in touch with our support team within 48 hours upon receipt and attach clear photos of the products and packaging. We will evaluate your claim and resolve the problem promptly.

Electronics Handling and Usage Notice. Every electronic device should be operated following the user guide included with your purchase. Ho Cheong YAU will not be held accountable for faults or damage caused by incorrect operation, unauthorized disassembly, improper power supply use or other forms of product misuse.

International Shipping and Customs Notice. Cross-border shipments may attract customs duties, import taxes and other related charges set by the receiving region. All such fees must be covered by the customer and are not included in product prices or delivery charges.
